2 New Eateries To Open At Foxwoods

MASHANTUCKET, CT — Two new eateries, Sprinkletown and Mystic Market Kitchen & Eatery, will open at Foxwoods this week. A grand opening will be held Wednesday from 11 a.m. to noon. Both Mystic Market Kitchen & Eatery and Sprinkletown are located in the Great Cedar Casino.

Sprinkletown is the project of Chef Zack Young. Considered one of the country's top pastry chefs, Young has appeared on TV shows like "Chopped" and "Top Chef: Just Desserts."

According to a statement from Foxwoods: "At Sprinkletown, get your sugar fix inside the charming, decadent bake shop filled with mouth-watering desserts and creative, over-the-top treats like signature ice cream sundae cones with saucy sauces, stuff’d cookies, zacarons (pssst.. that’s Zac + Macarons = Zacarons) and the mash-up that started it all: the PieCaken, perfect to share with friends and family this season."

Around the corner, will be "one of Connecticut’s most well-loved gourmet bistros, Mystic Market Kitchen & Eatery." The Foxwoods location is the eatery's fifth. Its grand opening will be celebrated with prizes and giveaways, like a $100 gift card and a holiday gift basket.
