Sugar Factory Launches New Menu, Limited Edition Rainbow Pancakes

Sugar Factory American Brasserie Foxwoods introduced a new breakfast menu this weekend featuring limited edition Insane Double Stack Rainbow Pancakes from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Sugar Factory’s new delicious and sweet breakfast menu will be available every weekend and feature limited edition Insane Double Stack Rainbow Pancakes. The fluffy, colorful rainbow pancakes are served with warm maple syrup, powdered sugar, butter and served with chocolate chips, gummy bears, strawberries and whipped cream with rainbow sprinkles ($23). The Instagrammable menu item will also come with a signature Sugar Factory rubber duckie for guests to take home. There are limited quantities of the pancakes, reservations are encouraged.

The breakfast menu will also feature Sugar Factory Eggs Benedict, Crispy Chicken and Waffle Sandwich, Donut Burger, Grilled NY Strip Steak & Eggs, Avocado Toast, Build-Your-Own Bloody Marys, a smoking Mimosa Goblet and blended coffee beverages.
