MANCHESTER, CT — Manchester has started the month of February on a CT Lottery hot streak.
It's been two wins so far to begin the month in popular scratch games .
On Feb. 5, an unnamed winner cashed in a $30,000 prize in the 3X The Cash 11th Edition game. That ticket was purchased at the Quick Stop at 555 Middle Turnpike West.

On Feb. 2, a player named "Kevin H" of Hartford cashed in a $10,000 prize in the 10X Cash 17th Edition. That ticket was bought at a Vendor doing business as Safo's Enterprises Inc. That's the Shell station near Kohl's at 161 Tolland Turnpike.
