Police later discovered Raynor had been taken to Pinellas Safe Harbor, 14840 49th St. N., Clearwater, a homeless shelter, where he told an employee that he wanted to speak to a mental health professional. However, police said he left Pinellas Safe Harbor on foot around 5:40 p.m. without speaking to a counselor.
