Chicago Heights School District 170 is partnering with Jewel-Osco to offer start-of-year vaccinations on July 8, 2024, and July 17, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Chicago Heights Middle School.
Please bring all necessary insurance cards and the attached consent form to the vaccination event!
