CHICAGO, IL — The gift shop Fixture in Roscoe Village is up for sale, its owner announced in late May. The boutique at 2108 W Roscoe Street sells a variety of products made by local artisans, including home and bath goods, handbags and stationery. Fixture owner Laura Davis said she's looking for a buyer who will keep the shop as-is.
"After 7 years of loving my boutique in Chicago, I have decided to move on to other passions," she wrote in a Facebook post. "Fixture is a 'fixture' in Roscoe Village and I would like to keep it that way."
Davis said the commercial condo building that her shop sits inside is also for sale.
