Road Rage Gun Arrest, ‘Disloyal’ Employee: Palos Hills Crime

PALOS HILLS, IL — Crimes reported in Palos Hills, May 20 an May 24.

Cash Registers Short

Deandre Cameron, 39, of Chicago, was charged with theft. Reports said Cameron was employed at Speedway at 103rd Street and Roberts Road, when cash registers and the lottery ticket register were found short of several hundred dollars. Cameron appeared in court May 21.

Traffic Altercation

A Palos Hills man is charged with aggravated assault with a firearm and aggravated unlawful use of a weapon. Officers said Anas Raed Alkou, 28, was involved in a traffic altercation April 24. He was known from previous encounters, police said. Alkou went before a judge on May 24.
