This skilled multitasker will manage the receiving, handling, storing, picking, and packing activities of the warehouse, ensuring that quality standards are met or exceeded. The warehouse manager must achieve inventory accuracy, coordinate order fulfillment, and track shipping times for millions of product orders every year. The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail-oriented and able to manage multiple facets of warehouse operations simultaneously.
Objectives of this role
&bull;	Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency &mdash; with customer satisfaction the primary goal &mdash; by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals
&bull;	Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals
&bull;	Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics
&bull;	Review and prepare workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment layouts, and action plans that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer service
&bull;	Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with legal regulations
Responsibilities
&bull;	Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service
&bull;	Schedule and oversee warehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime
&bull;	Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance when necessary
&bull;	Meet regularly with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention
&bull;	Oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities, communicating with drivers to ensure efficient delivery of packages
Required skills and qualifications
&bull;	High school diploma or equivalent
&bull;	Three or more years of experience in a warehouse role managing hourly employees
&bull;	Proficiency with warehouse procedures and policies
&bull;	Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
&bull;	Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff
&bull;	Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal
Preferred skills and qualifications

Position Summary: The Youth and Young Adult Coordinators are Part-Time positions where weekly guidance, nurturing, direction, and leadership is provided for the Nichols Bethel United Methodist Church youth in Grades 5 to 7, Grades 8 to 12, or post high school to age 30. A qualified candidate must work effectively with the church staff and each Youth Coordinator within the Church and community. General Qualifications:

<ul><li>Provide Church and Community Youth and Young Adults the opportunity to experience and grow in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ through worship, discipleship, education, fellowship, and service.</li><li>Provide Youth and Young Adults with guidance and appropriate counsel in support of Christian growth </li><li>Develop, plan, and deliver age-appropriate Biblical-based activities to Youth and Young Adults to include but not be limited to Bible Study, Mission opportunities, faith sharing, and fellowship.</li><li>Produce and nurture bonds of respect, affection, and acceptance of diversity while building passion and proficiency in the word of God.</li><li>Collaborate with all Youth Coordinators and Church staff, as needed to plan, organize, and oversee Youth events and develop leadership for Youth and Young Adult ministry</li><li>Plan and coordinate events such Work Camp and Rock Retreat</li><li>Maintain communication with Pastors, Parents, Church Staff, and SPRC</li><li>Encourage Youth involvement in all aspects of Church life including but not limited to weekly worship services, studies, and ministries</li><li>Develop a relationship of trust and continuity with the Youth and Young adults while enhancing development of positive self-image</li><li>Collaborate with and participate in various Mission groups and other committees to build opportunities for continued growth in Youth and Young Adult fellowship</li><li>Connect the Youth and Young Adult ministry with the overall NBUMC vision and mission.</li><li>Strike a balance between &ldquo;fun&rdquo; and &ldquo;spiritual growth and service&rdquo; </li><li>Attend required trainings provided by NBUMC</li><li>Abide by and apply the Safe Sanctuary policies of NBUMC and the Baltimore-Washington Conference Sexual Abuse Policy Compliance</li><li>Provide quarterly reports of Youth and Young Adult Ministry to the Church Council </li><li>Commit to approximately 12 hours per week</li><li>Salary $8200 per year</li></ul>
