Silver Spring Man Victim in Riverdale Homicide: Police

Prince George's County Police found the man in a car near the shooting scene; he died Sunday morning. A $25K reward is being offered.

Authorities have released the name of the victim in Sunday’s Riverdale homicide and a reward of up to $25,000 is being offered for tips that lead to an arrest in the case.

Prince George’s County Police say Felix Nazas, 20, of Oak Leaf Drive in Silver Spring died soon after he arrived at an area hospital with gunshot wounds. The shooting happened in the 5700 block of 67th Avenue. Information led officers to stop a car about a block away, where Nazas was a passenger. An ambulance rushed the victim to an area hospital, where he died a short time later.

Detectives believe Nazas was shot outside in the 5700 block of 67th Avenue. They are working to identify a motive and suspect(s) in this case.
