Jersey Shore University Medical Center is hosting a FREE Community Day Event at the Jane H. Booker Family Health Center, 1828 W. Lake Avenue, Neptune, Friday, July 19, 1 - 3:30 p.m., Join us for a day of fun in the sun, along with wellness screenings including blood pressure, pulse, BMI, glucose, cholesterol and stroke risk assessment. Physicians and team members will be providing health information, raffles, giveaways and more!
