Brick Theatre Group Needs Your Votes

The Brick Children's Community Theatre is competing for $10,000 in the Engage Toms River Giving Tuesday Theater Group Challenge.

The Brick Children's Community Theatre is one of seven groups vying for two final spots in the 2016 Engage Toms River Giving Tuesday Theater Group Challenge.

The competition, another in a series of contests sponsored by the Jay and Linda Grunin Foundation in the foundation's mission to encourage local art in Ocean County, began with theatre groups submitting video entries.

The competition's judges have chosen three of the five finalists who will perform at the $10,000 Engage Toms River Giving Tuesday Theater Group Challenge on Nov. 29. But there are two spots being filled by voting from residents and supporters.

You can vote once per 24 hours, the foundation says. "Please note, all IPs are recorded and we will remove all multiple IP votes from the same day," the foundation said. Voting closes at noon on October 7.
