Brick's SummerFest Bronx Wanderers Concert Set For Tonight

BRICK, NJ — It looks like Mother Nature is finally going to cooperate.

After twice being postponed due to thunderstorms in the weather forecast, the Brick SummerFest concert featuring the Bronx Wanderers is set to be held tonight, Wednesday, Aug. 24, at Windward Beach Park.

SummerFest begins at 6 p.m. and the concert begins at 6:30 p.m. Fireworks will begin after the concert, approximately 9 to 9:30 p.m.

Due to limited parking at Windward Beach, there will be shuttle buses from three sites:

• Drum Point Elementary School, Drum Point Road
• Brick Township High School, Chambersbridge Road
• Midstreams Elementary School, Lanes Mill Road

Shuttles run from 5 p.m to 8 p.m. with return trips beginning at 9 p.m.
