BRICK, NJ — The Brick Township School District will be closed Friday, Jan. 19, due to the snow forecast.

The closure is a change from the initial announcement of a delayed opening, and was the result of "the unpredictability and timing of this storm," officials said early Friday.

There are no emergency closure days built into the 2023-24 school year calendar, so the day will need to be made up later in the year.
