See 'Moana Jr.' At Theater In The Park In Brick

BRICK, NJ — The Brick Children's Community Theatre is working to bring its theater experience outdoors during the coronavirus pandemic, with Theater in the Park.

The group is scheduled to present Disney's "Moana Jr." at Windward Beach Park in Brick on July 30, July 31 and Aug. 1.

Tickets will be required, but instead of purchasing seats, the theatre group is selling "sites," which will allow groups of four to five people to sit together while remaining socially distanced from others, as required under the state's restrictions on public gatherings.

Sites will be 4 feet by 8 feet, and groups larger than four to five people can purchase multiple sites. All sites are spaced 8 feet apart, and you will need to bring a blanket or chairs to sit on. Beach chairs are encouraged to help with visibility for those seated behind you. If you prefer a full-height chair, please consider rows toward the back of the field or an aisle seat. Each site is $25.

Masks are required when you are not sitting at your site.

The field will open at 7 p.m. and performances begin at 8 p.m.. There is a rain date of Sunday, Aug. 2, at 8 p.m.
