LIVINGSTON, NJ — Police in Livingston recently wagged a collective finger at a large group of youth spotted riding their bikes in town amid the coronavirus crisis.

Last week, the Livingston Police Department shared a photo on social media of nearly a dozen children aboard bicycles. The youths were bunched up on a local street and weren’t socially distancing. None were wearing helmets, either, authorities noted.

“This virus is not gone and we do not want a resurgence,” police wrote. “We are noticing, more than anything at this point, groups of kids out and about. Please talk to your kids and remind them that they should distance themselves from each other.”
