Hello,
We&rsquo;re thrilled to share some exciting news about Buffalo Wild Wings Eatontown! This year, our location has soared to new heights in the national competition, ranking in the top 50 out of all locations.
In Phase 2, based on survey scores, reviews, employee knowledge, morale, and product sales, we achieved an impressive 16th place out of 1,174 locations. Now, we&rsquo;re gearing up for Phase 3, where we&rsquo;ll go head-to-head with the other top 50 locations for a chance to make it into the top 10.
Phase 3 involves an in-store evaluation by top BWW corporate employees, assessing factors like employee knowledge, food quality, timing, service steps, and overall team morale. On August 27th, we pulled out all the stops for this evaluation, celebrating with a balloon arch, cake and cupcakes, Blue Moon and BWW swag, music, and much more.
We want to extend a huge thank you to our amazing community for being the best guests and community partners. Your support has been invaluable in helping us reach these milestones.

There is a toddler playground next to the carousel in Pier Village. The play area's equipment is next to a busy street. A toddler could run past the playground into the street--even if a parent, grandparent or guardian is trying to watch and keep the toddler safe. Toddlers have no recognition about risk and can dart away from them. The equipment could be moved further away from the street or there could be a fence or barrier between the playground and the street. There is not even a "watch the children" sign at the entrance. This is a tragic accident waiting to happen. Eatontown Rec has designed these engaging and educational alternatives to support early childhood development. Enthusiastic and dedicated early childhood teachers will lead all programs, ensuring a fun and nurturing environment.
Program Descriptions:
Parent and Me Join this program for a delightful time filled with songs, crafts, and free play. This program is perfect for children ages 1-2.5 to enjoy alongside their parent or caregiver.
My First Independence Children will enjoy a structured environment with circle time, craft projects, and open play while their caregiver remains nearby in another classroom in the building. This program is designed for children ages 2-3.5 to experience their first steps toward independence.

What you'll bring to the team...
<ul><li>Support the Multi-Unit Team Leader, serving as onsite point of contact for tax office associates and clients, ensuring quality and consistent execution that will allow us to promote the value of H&amp;R Block</li><li>Execute and hold all tax office associates accountable to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) execution and client service experience, with escalation to the Multi-Unit Team Leader and District General Manager as necessary</li><li>Serve as point of contact for onsite escalated client service concerns</li><li>Ensure clients are scheduled properly and conflicts are resolved, with escalation to the Multi-Unit Team Leader and District General Manager as necessary</li><li>Lead the office from the front desk, providing phone coverage and engaging with clients to deliver an outstanding experience</li><li>Lead daily activities to ensure that all tax office associates are scheduled, and work is completed according to deadlines, with attention to quality standards, priorities and overall goals</li><li>Lead daily huddles and communicate essential information to office associates</li></ul>
