Dangerous Playground at Pier Village

There is a toddler playground next to the carousel in Pier Village. The play area's equipment is next to a busy street. A toddler could run past the playground into the street--even if a parent, grandparent or guardian is trying to watch and keep the toddler safe. Toddlers have no recognition about risk and can dart away from them. The equipment could be moved further away from the street or there could be a fence or barrier between the playground and the street. There is not even a "watch the children" sign at the entrance.
