Family And Friends Remember Bob Glassman
Longtime Bayside resident and Bronx native passed away on March 29th.
Robert Glassman, 84, of Bayside, Queens passed away on March 29, 2023 in Manhattan. He was born on March 24, 1939, to Ruth and Herman Glassman and raised in the Bronx with his sister Caryl. He spent 53 beautiful years with his beloved wife, Laura, who predeceased him in 2018. Caryl predeceased him as well.
Outgoing and a good conversationalist, he had the gift of gab and made friends wherever he went. He enjoyed attending sporting events and was loyal to his New York teams.
Bob's friendly personality led him into advertising. He worked at various Interpublic agencies and then later in ad sales for The Jewish Week.

He is survived by his son, Howard, and wife Lindsay; daughter Jill and husband Marcus Livesay; and his pride and joy, grandchildren Teagan, Rylan and Hayden.
