Man Charged With DWI After Islip Terrace Crash: Police

A Brentwood man involved in a car crash was arrested and charged with a DWI, Suffolk police told Patch.

ISLIP TERRACE, NY — A Brentwood man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated after an Islip Terrace crash early Saturday, according to the Suffolk County Police Department.

Oswald Bonilla, 29, of Brentwood, was driving an Acura ATL when he was involved in a motor vehicle crash with another vehicle on Spur Drive South at Carleton Avenue in Islip Terrace at around 2 a.m., police told Patch.

Bonilla was found to be intoxicated and was then arrested and charged with a DWI, police said.
