Rocky Point Cheerleaders Earn National Ranking
Varsity team captured third place at championships in Florida.
Rocky Point High School’s varsity cheerleading squad captured third place at this year’s National High School Cheerleading Championship in Orlando, Florida.
Competing in the medium varsity, division II category, the highly talented team tumbled, danced and cheered their way to the top three teams in the nation in the toughest and largest division. This was Rocky Point’s 11th consecutive year competing in the national contest.
