Missing Suffolk Man With Dementia Found Safe: Police

STONY BROOK, NY — A missing Stony Brook man with dementia was found unharmed on Monday, police said.

Gregory Holmes, 76, was reported missing after he left his home, located at 41 Barker Drive, on August 11 at about 8:30 a.m. in his black 2008 Acura TSX and did not return, police said. He did not have a cell phone with him, police said.
