St. Mary Employee Gives Birth To Hospital's 1st Baby Of 2024

St. Mary Medical Center welcomed the first baby of the new year. The baby was born at 2:01 a.m. Monday.

LANGHORNE, PA —Welcome Baby New Year.

St. Mary Medical Center had a special delivery on Monday for the first day of 2024. And it was made even more special by the fact that a hospital employee gave birth to the baby.

The hospital said Tuesday that Dana Nieves delivered the first baby of 2024 at St. Mary Medical Center. We welcome baby girl Drew, who arrived at 2:10 a.m. on Jan. 1.

The hospital said that Nieves happens to be an employee at St. Mary.

On behalf of the Labor and Delivery Department at St. Mary, Dana and Drew received a welcome basket and baby seat. "Congratulations and best wishes," the hospital said.
