Full-Day Kindergarten Survey Launched By Council Rock

The survey will collect feedback to help guide the district's decision-making on the topic of full-day kindergarten.

NEWTOWN, PA — As part of the Council Rock School District's exploration of Full-Day Kindergarten the district will be conducting an online Kindergarten Interest Survey through June 2.

The district has hired Hanover Research, an education market research firm, to conduct the survey, which can be accessed by clicking here. The survey takes about 3 to 5 minutes to complete.

According to the school district, the survey will collect feedback to help guide the district’s decision-making on the topic of full-day kindergarten. All members of the Council Rock community, including parents, families, staff, and community members, are encouraged to take part in the survey.

The district will receive survey results from Hanover Research in aggregate form only with no personal identifying information provided. Council Rock asks the community to share the survey with parents and families who may not yet have children in the district's schools.

In addition to the survey, the district will be holding a community information session to discuss the district's kindergarten program on Tuesday, June 4 beginning at 7 p.m. at the Holland Middle School, 400 East Holland Road, Holland 18966.
