Loose Dog Caught In Upper Makefield, Sent To SPCA

UPPER MAKEFIELD, PA— Police in Upper Makefield are seeking the owners of a dog that was caught Friday after running loose in the area.

The dog has no collar or chip and has been sent to the Bucks County SPCA, according to police. If you own the dog, or know who owns it, you should contact the police at (215) 968-3020.

Police said the dog was caught on Oakdale Avenue.

"Just a reminder to have your dogs chipped or to keep a collar with tags on them, so that they can be returned to you ASAP," police said. "And if you are caught abandoning your dog in our area, you WILL be prosecuted."
