"'The Exquisite Palate' is not just a recipe book, but also a window into the exciting stories that lie behind every bite," Arjun writes in his introduction.

The cookbook includes classics like rack of lamb, along with globally influenced gourmet dishes like Arancini di Riso and Chocolate Ganache with brûléed oranges. There are appetizers, entrees, and desserts. Some have fun names, like the "vengeful chicken burger" and the "stereotypical pork chop."
