Services Set For Council Rock Student Who Died Monday

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Kiernan J. Timoney Scholarship Fund.

Kiernan J. Timoney of Holland returned home to the Lord on March 20, 2017. He was 16.

Born in Abington, Kiernan was the cherished, youngest son and 'Bug' of Brendan J. Timoney and Maribeth Schlupp Timoney.

He was a junior at Council Rock South High School where he was a pole vaulter on the track team. He was recently accepted into the MBIT Welding program, which he was planning on attending in the fall.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his dear friend and brother, Conor Timoney; by his beloved sister, Jaclyn Timoney; by his much loved grandparents, Ronald and Jacqueline Schlupp, and John and Rosemarie Timoney; and by many esteemed aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

All relatives and friends will be received from 5 to 8:30 p.m. Monday, March 27, and from 10 to 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, at St. Bede the Venerable Church, 1071 Holland Road, Holland, where his Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday. Family members and dear friends are invited to attend the committal service in Union Cemetery.
