Is Your Dog The Best? Enter Patch's Top Dog In Philly Contest

Is your dog the top dog? Tell us why, and you could win an amazing prize package at a posh suburban Philly pet resort valued at $1,800.

Here's how Patch's Top Dog In Philly contest works:

We want to crown the Philly area's top dog. Send us your favorite photo of your dog, and a brief explanation about what makes your dog THE top dog (200 words or fewer). All entries must also include: Your name, town, and the Patch site closest to you. (You can find your closest Patch town here).

Send entries to [email protected] with the subject line "Top Dog In Philly." The deadline to submit your entry is Friday, May 18.

Ten finalists will be selected by a team of editors at Patch. The 10 top dogs will be featured in a story to be shared across the Patch network in Eastern Pennsylvania, and the winner will be chosen through an online vote.

The grand prize winner will receive an Ultimate Training Basket from Holiday House Pet Resort in Doylestown. The prize, valued at $1,800, includes a 10-day "Lodge & Learn" Training Package, plus a separate four-night stay with the Ultra Dog Activity Package and a premium bath.

Runner-up will receive a $25 gift card to Dogs & Cats Rule pet store (locations in Doylestown, Newtown, Maple Glen, Pennington, N.J. and Princeton, N.J.) plus some goodies, like a leash and toys, from Valley Veterinary Hospital in Phoenixville.
