Lanes Closing On US 422, US 202 In Tredyffrin Through Late July

TREDYFFRIN TOWNSHIP, PA — U.S. 422 and North Gulph Road in Tredyffrin and Upper Merion townships will have travel restrictions due to bridge beam installation work, according to PennDOT.

Wednesday, July 17, through Friday, July 19, left lane closure with periodic traffic paces is scheduled on eastbound U.S. 422 between 1st Avenue and U.S. 202.

This lane closure will be in place from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning.

Also Wednesday, July 17, through Friday, July 19, a left lane closure is scheduled on westbound U.S. 422 between 1st Avenue and U.S. 202.

This closure is effective from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. the following morning,

Then Monday, July 22, through Tuesday, July 23, a left lane closure is scheduled on westbound U.S. 422 between 1st Avenue and U.S. 202 from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. the following morning,

Additionally, Monday, July 22, through Tuesday, July 23, N. Gulph Road will be restricted with flagging in both directions to a single lane southbound between 1st Avenue and U.S. 202 from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. the following morning,

Lastly, from Wednesday, July 24, to Friday, July 26, periodic traffic paces with flagging are scheduled on N. Gulph Road in both directions between 1st Avenue and U.S. 202.

This will be in effect from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. the following morning.

Drivers should use caution and be prepared for slow or stopped traffic approaching the work areas.
