A mechanic is on the way to evaluate and fix the helicopter. The intention is for the aircraft to fly out within 2 hours. It will be required for it to hover above ground at about five feet (5') for 20 minutes before it is permitted to take off. If the issue persists and it is not safe to fly, the helicopter will be trailered off of the scene.

If you hear or see the helicopter, please do not be alarmed. The fire company and police department are on the scene and the situation is under control.
