South Kingstown Police, Fire Holding Holiday Toy Drive

The toy drive will support the Jonnycake Center for Hope's goal to make sure local children don't go without toys this holiday season.

SOUTH KINGSTOWN, RI — Christmas, Hanukkah and other seasonal holidays are just around the corner, and to help residents get in the giving spirit, South Kingstown police and fire are hosting a toy drive this weekend.

First responders in South Kingstown will be at Ocean State Job Lot on Kingstown Road from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday collecting new, unwrapped toys and gift cards for local children in need.

The toy drive will support the Jonnycake Center for Hope.
