NORTH KINGSTOWN, RI — A teacher at North Kingstown High School, who was put on leave amid allegations of inappropriate behavior with students, will be reinstated next week after school officials said Friday they determined he is not a threat to students.

School officials said Attorney Thomas Groves investigated the allegations of inappropriate behavior levied against the teacher whose name was not released.

Grove found that none of the allegations raised rose to the level of Title IX violations. The teacher, who has been on paid leave since last spring, will be reinstated Tuesday.
