ACROSS AMERICA — See the best news photos from the past week. In Boston, the 126th Boston Marathon returned in full force, bringing runners from all over the world to New England to participate in the prestigious race.

In Washington, the White House held the annual Easter Egg roll, complete with an Easter Bunny press conference.

Actor Johnny Depp testified in his libel lawsuit against ex-wife Amber Heard in a trial that has drawn viewers in since it started a week ago.

Lastly, a federal judge in Florida overturned the federal mask mandate for public transportation, opening the door for airlines, Amtrak, ride-hailing companies and most local transit authorities to suspend policies requiring masks.
