Rose was arrested on Aug. 17, 2023 for petit larceny and obtaining a credit card number in connection with a larceny in Warren County. She was released on her own recognizance, according to court documents.

A judge in Warren County issued an arrest warrant for contempt of court after Rose failed to show up for a March 3, 2023 hearing, according to court documents.

On March 15, Rose was arrested in Fairfax County, where she was charged on two felony counts of possession of schedule I or II drugs and a misdemeanor charge of being drunk in public, according to court records.

Three days later, Rose was released on her own recognizance and she was given a June 25 court date. However, a bench warrant was issued after Rose failed to show up in court, according to court records.
