Annual Community Yard Sale Returns But At Another Reston Venue

RESTON, VA - One of the Reston Association's longest-running semi-annual events is returning this Saturday — but at a new location.

More than 90 families are expected to participate in the Community Yard Sale, which runs from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., at 12010 Sunrise Valley Drive.

In the past, the yard sale was held spring and fall at RA's headquarters, but the change in venue was necessitated by ongoing construction there.

“The Community Yard Sale is not only a great place to find bargains, but also it provides a wonderfulsense of community,” said Ashleigh Soloff, RA's community events supervisor. “Families look forward to this event all year, and neighbors come out to chat and browse the items for sale. It’s awonderful way to meet neighbors, meet new friends and pick up some great deals.”
