Vienna Man Found With Stolen License Plate In Fairfax City: Police

A Vienna man is facing charges after being found with a stolen license plate by City of Fairfax Police.

VIENNA, VA — A Vienna man was caught with a stolen license plate last Tuesday, according to City of Fairfax Police.

Police had detected a stolen license plate on a vehicle in the area of Blenheim Blvd. and Fairfax Blvd. around 12:28 p.m. on Oct. 10. After the driver was detained, police found he had outstanding warrants in Fairfax County for petit larceny and violation of probation.

Bruce Foltz, 59, of Vienna, was taken to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center and served with warrants as well as driving with a revoked license after DUI. He was held without bond.
