WOODBRIDGE, VA — Police are searching for an endangered missing man in Woodbridge.
Rigoberto Velasquez, 32, was last seen around 8:11 p.m. at his home in Woodbridge. Police say he "made concerning statements" before leaving home. Police believe he is endangered because he may be missing under voluntary circumstances and may need assistance.
