Hello, my name is Ellen I am from California United States. I am a world traveler, have been to over 30 countries, lived in South Korea teaching English to University Students at a private university. I have a passion for learning. I am extremely friendly and fun. My interests are fine arts, dance, singing, traveling, cooking, physical activity, yoga, meditation and food. Honestly speaking through my extensive exposure to many cultures of the world, I am not only open-minded, flexible and adaptable, but also a real foodie. I love to cook and try new dishes. Master's Degree in Teaching English. I have 7 years of experience. Teaching different age levels from children to adults. I also have experience teaching university students. I teach conversation, grammar, reading, writing, cultures of world and TOFEL. I helped many students prepare for TOFEL exam. Methodology is CLT (Communicative Language Teaching) an approach that aims to achieve communicative competence through learner interaction. The goal of the language teaching is the four skills such as listening, speaking, reading and writing. My main research is Listening/Speaking. My classes are fun, with carefully chosen material geared towards the students' needs.
