Hi, my name is teacher Asong and Welcome to Preply , a place where we make learning fun and exciting. So, if you want to learn the English language without too much effort, come and see me. I'll be more than willing to share my knowledge with you. Let's learn and have fun together.

I really enjoy teaching on Preply because it combines my passion for teaching and for business. It also allows me the opportunity to meet students from different countries and I am able to learn about their cultures and traditions.

I am TEFL certified with 6 years experience as a volunteer teacher and for the past year I have been successfully teaching online with Preply. My classes are relaxed and welcoming. I encourage my students to express themselves, it helps build their confidence in speaking and reading. I like to ask questions and to give homework assignments where appropriate. I also have years of experience working in the Branding Industry. During that time I had various roles namely: Training, Sales, Procurement and Management.

Pronunciation

Some words are hard to pronounce. As we talk to each other in our lesson, If the student pronounces something incorrectly we stop and correct it. I encourage my students to use new words in our lessons and we practice the phonetical sounds.

13, Business & Work

I can help you with the following: small talk , telephone manner, sales pitch, negotiations, e-mails and letters.

We can practice presentations that you have to give. By having regular practice sessions, it helps to build your confidence.

Grammar is an important part of learning a language and it can be tricky. In my classes we focus on both the grammar rules and conversational English.
