Sancha International delivers to any addresses in the UK (excluding Channel Islands). All orders are sent through ROYAL MAIL. If you wish to order products to be delivered outside of the UK, please visit our global website: www.spaceylon.com
All online orders placed from Monday to Friday will be processed & dispatched from our warehouse within 24 hours. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays & during public holidays will be processed & dispatched from our warehouse within 72 hours.
- Due to the short opening hours of Royal Mail Delivery offices please ensure to place your orders before 2.30pm to have the best chance of them being dispatched on the same day.
- We will endeavour to process all orders as quick as possible however during busier periods like Christmas and Bank Holidays orders may face delays.

We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However, we will not be liable for a non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry.
All purchases are subject to bank authorisation prior to processing. Only authorised purchases will be processed and delivered.
Once your order has been processed you will receive an email note with your tracking number which you can track on the courier website.
