I was very nervous making such a big purchase online without visiting the store, but Candice was absolutely brilliant. She promptly sent a number of different photos, told me about the quality of the diamonds and all the other information I wanted to know. Nothing was too much trouble. I received the ring the next working day, in the most gorgeous packaging with all the certificates. As for the ring. Wow. Just wow. It literally did take my breath away. I am so pleased I found this jewellers, great prices and the quality of the jewellery is of the very best. Would love to visit the store one day to add to the collection, as the display window looks incredible! Thank you again Candice!

I contacted the company re a pair of earrings I had seen online. Monica was kind enough to send some additional pictures to me. I subsequently purchased the earrings and they arrived the very next day which was very impressive. They are even better in the flesh and I am delighted with them and the service I received.

Staff are friendly and helpful and not at all pushy. They appear knowledgeable. Staff member went the extra mile by calling us the next day after we ordered an item online to double check about sizing and delivery needs. Independently run, family business with so much more choice and interesting items for sale than all the other stores in Argyle Arcade.

The whole experience was so lovely. I went in looking for a ring for my 10-year wedding anniversary and was warmly welcomed. The sales associate was friendly and patient. My husband and I went in last Saturday looking for new wedding and engagement ring, partly as a celebration of our silver wedding anniversary.
I had an idea what I wanted and came prepared with photos of rings I had seen online.
I didn’t know what I actually wanted until I was shown it 😄 Went in for a green tsavorite garnet 3 stone ring and left ordering a blue tourmaline with a hint of green.
Just beautiful.
I am very happy with my purchase, delighted with the service and hope to be a returning customer again soon.

We visited the shop on Sunday & purchased a stunning diamond trilogy ring for my birthday. Our experience was amazing. Professional and friendly staff who are knowledgeable on all specs of gemstones. We had a wonderful experience buying an eternity ring from the friendly family at Mr Harold & Son. We are from Australia and bought my engagement ring from here 12 years ago. We had decided to visit Glashow again and buy a stunning eternity ring which has continued to dazzle and shine on my hand as we journey around Scotland.
