Really happy with goldsmiths bought a bracelet for my mum on Friday and was delivered Saturday afternoon. Excellent quality ,she's loves the bracelet for her birthday. Also was on the sale so grabbed a bargain on my part. Thankyou will buy again.

Bought a men’s Cuban bracelet. Really liked it. Fell off twice within the first couple weeks as the clasp is poorly made. Luckily I saw it and was able to retrieve it. Not so lucky the third time and it’s now lost. Total waste of money. When I let them know what happened, customer service said if I don’t show them a picture of the faulty product, there’s nothing they can do. 😂😂 Bit hard to show them a picture of a product that’s fallen off and is lost. They did offer me £10 for future purchases. Which I wont be using as I wouldn’t buy from them again. Shame, as I really liked the product.

Shipping was extremely slow and when the item was received it was very disappointing- cheap looking and no time to get a replacement gift so ended up giving a completely embarrassing gift.

Last Tuesday 13/8/24 my family and I were away on holiday and decided to visit the Weymouth store while in the area for my wife’s birthday gift from the children. What an awful experience!! My wife browsed around for a while to find the perfect present. We then approached a member of staff ( the manager) to make a purchase only to be denied the pleasure. The manager informed us the charm that we had chosen couldn’t be sold in store as there were only display item left and they had “stocktake” so offered an online order instead. We declined as this was meant to be a special birthday gift as it was her actual birthday on that day, not a week later. On leaving the store we browsed the windows to find yet another 2 of the same charms so later I returned to try again to surprise my wife. I explained the situation to the manager that there you have 3 of the charms on display, is it not possible to change any submitted numbers instead of refusing a sale but she point blank refused saying the stocktake was coming up in WEEKS!!! . Nothing could be done . Numbers cannot be changed. I cannot believe that Pandora are willing to turn down business with this ridiculous rule. Companies have stocktake all the time and yet customers are not turned away especially when it’s not happening for weeks!! I’m not sure how many customers this store will lose in the run up to their stock take as stock dwindles. Either way my wife’s birthday was ruined , she was terribly disappointed and the children were terribly upset. Terrible experience, not what I expect from Pandora!!!

Delivery taking over 2 weeks to arrive, ridiculous service - hasn’t arrived yet but now I do not need the dress as event is passed. Not reliable at all. Unfortunately I am upset with this service and will be reluctant to ever purchase from Quiz online ever again.
