One very happy customer.

The diamond ring co was recommended to me by my brother in law. I had a fabulous experience all around and am a very happy customer.
I came in a few months ago with my (now) fiancée to shop around for an engagement ring.
We were given a huge variety of options to try on, with no pushy sales tactics or anything untoward, whilst also provided with good, clear advice to help us with the decision making process.
I think subsequently placed my order, and had a bespoke ring made. It was made quickly, communicated to me effectively what timeframes I should expect, and I was given a CAD drawing before the ring was cast to ensure I was happy.

The ring is beautiful and at a very reasonable price - couldn’t ask for more!

The customer service before and after the purchase was excellent. I came across the diamond ring company searching for engagement rings online. I then called to enquire about the ring I had seen online and spoke with Alex. Alex was God-sent! He was courteous, asked me questions and told me things to consider about the ring I wanted to buy that I would have never thought of. Had I not received this advice, I was destined to encounter problems finding the right wedding band compatible with my fiancée's engagement ring. Delivery was fast, arriving the next day as Alex had promised. The time between the order and the ring being ready for delivery was under two weeks. They sent a video for me to review and confirm I was happy with the ring before discussing delivery arrangements. When the time comes for buying wedding bands, I will be coming back to the diamond ring company.

Michael has been making jewellery for our family for more than 25 years. He has made countless engagement rings for family members as well as pendants and earrings.
Recently, Michael made a dress ring for me to celebrate mine and my husband's 25th wedding anniversary. It was a sapphire and diamond ring, Michael helped me to design the ring and kept me informed at every point in the creation of the ring. He sourced the stone and advised us on the size/type of stone. He will show you a CAD design before starting to make the ring to ensure you are happy.
Never a hard sell approach and so friendly and professional. This is the only place I would go to when purchasing jewellery especially diamond pieces.

From the initial discussion to the final outcome of the engagement ring, Michael was always available to listen and answer all my questions, provide suggestions and address my concerns as much as he could. He made a stunning ring for my fiancée and she loved it. He did a great job and his communication was great. You should not be worried about doing business with Michael and The Diamond Ring Company. And you would definitely get the value for the money you put in. So I give a very well deserved 5 stars.

I highly recommend the Diamond Ring Co. across quality, price and service. Michael has been an amazing partner right through from getting the engagement ring to securing wedding bands.

Because of various challenging demands on my part (awkwardly shaped fingers & bespoke signet ring requirements) I have been a regular at the shop for several months. But no request is too much and Michael has been extremely patient with me. His steady manner and professionalism has meant I've never doubted for a second that we would finish with a set of beautiful rings that we'll be wearing for the rest of our lives!

Had a great experience purchasing a diamond engagement ring from the company. After an enquiry online I was invited to visit by Michael to have a look at some options. Michael himself is very calm and knowledgeable, and throughout the whole process has not been pushy ensuring I got the ring I was looking for whilst I shopped around in Hatton Garden.

After 3 or so visits I was settled on a ring, which was made in a couple of weeks after that. Very happy with the ring, price, its finish and all certificates etc.

We've visited after the engagement to get it resized and Michael has been very accommodating with the after care services provided.
