    Most premium toothbrush

    First of all Amazon/Philips really need to look into the issue of used units being sent to customers. The first unit I received was a completely different model, looked heavily used and rusty. It looked really disgusting. However, Amazon was quick to replace it with a brand new unit. So crisis averted.Anyways, the toothbrush:This is probably the most premium toothbrush money can buy. In the package, you'd get a single A3 premium all-in-one brush head, a brush handle, travel case that supports charging with USB Type-C, a wireless charger, a USB Type-C to Type-A cable and a charging brick.What really stands out about this toothbrush is the vibrations of the handle. It's so much better compared to any electric toothbrush I've used to date.On the brush handle you only get two controls. A power on/off button, and a touch sensitive area for changing vibration intensity. Brushing modes can only be changed on the app.The app itself is alright. Haven't experienced any problems connecting via Bluetooth. A nice feature that was obvious is that it can track and notify you about problem areas that need more attention based on your brushing habits.Battery life is good too. Getting are least 7 days of use on a single charge.Overall this is a great package. Everything about this toothbrush is premium. However is the cleaning you'd get out of this worth the ~£300? I'd say absolutely not! I find that the cheaper Philips Hx9631 model to be quite adequate. Couple it with the A3 brush head and you'll be getting almost the same experience at approximately half the price.

    This is the best brush I’ve ever used. I’ve gone from single use vibration one to sharing an oral b body to this and this is eons better.

    I’m sensitive to rubberised material so I love that the body if this is all one material. There’s only one button, customisation is done through the app which is very intuitive and easy to set up and use. The brush feels quality and is on the lighter side which is preferable for me. Still a good weight though and feels & looks sleek & expensive.

    Only got it today so can’t comment on battery but it came just over 50% charged so I’m expecting about a week. The charger itself is USB which is great - I don’t have to keep it in the bathroom. However the plastic cover does feel a little cheap compared to the rest of the brush and accessories. It’s only letdown.

    The charging case is super smart and faux leather in a colour matching the brush - midnight blue in my case. I love the look and the feel and I’m hoping it’ll last me years.

    I must say though I’m glad I got it half price. It’s absolutely worth that money but I’m not sure it’s worth full price.. I guess only time will tell. So far so good.

    I bought this to replace my Philips Sonicare DiamondClean Smart which finally died after 6 years of faithful service. My dentist always compliments me on my oral hygiene so much so that at 57 years of age I have yet had to see a hygienist because, as my dentist can confirm my teeth are virtually plaque free.I attribute this solely to my old Sonicare toothbrush.

    I had no hesitation in immediately purchasing this new, updated version of my old toothbrush and expected it to behave in more or less the same way. In someways it did. It was comfortable to hold, nicely weighted and good to look at. The performance however was different. It is actually better (I didn’t think it possible) than my old one. Initially I thought it a little vicious in its vibration and indeed it was. But this is no ordinary toothbrush, it “learns” and it has now settled into a very effective brushing programme that perfectly suits my brushing style. My teeth have never felt so clean and I can definitely see that they are whiter.

    The included charging case (with USB cable) is very attractive and effective, perfect for travelling.

    In my opinion this, being Philips top of the range Sonicare has to the best electric toothbrush available. I haven’t always bought Sonicare, I have tried the others but believe me, once you give one of these a go you won’t look back and your dentist will thank you for it!

    Have been using sonicare for years. This feels the best yet. Got it half price. Extortionate price at full RRP.
    Unfortunately to change modes you need an app. Lot of hassle. Have yet to bother.
    The carrying/charging case is small. It is hard to fit handle and brush in. There is no space for usb lead unlike my previous one. Like the previous one it takes hours to fully charge.
    Otherwise I am pleased with it.

    I am going back to use Oral B brand as they clean better ,the brush itself is so soft ,it doesn’t feel like brushing your teeth at all,only strong vibrations that weaken my teeth ..
    I feel like I have to visit my hygienist more often after using this expensive toothbrush.
