A Louisiana woman was kicked out of a steakhouse for wearing a two-piece tube top set that the 'owner' claimed was 'too revealing.'
Y'Mine McClanahan was kicked out of Stabs Prime Steak and Seafood in Baton Rogue, located on Jefferson Highway, on Tuesday for wearing a sunflower-print set that featured a frilly tube top and a long A-line shirt.
'Their waitresses can wear mini skirts with their butt hanging out and fish nets but my set is too revealing for the "atmosphere" they’re trying to create,' McClanahan wrote on Facebook. 'Never again. I’m done with Stabs.'
McClanahan- who is the vice president for the local NAACP chapter - notes that the hostess was about to seat her when a woman who McClanahan claims is the owner 'stopped her from doing so.'

When she confronted the owner about how waitresses can be seen wearing short shorts, fishnets, and have visible tattoos, the owner told McClanahan that they have a 'family' dress code for customers.
Stab's website reiterates this, telling guests their 'attire policy' is 'business causal' that is 'appropriate for a fine dining, family restaurant.'
On their list of no-nos including: gym wear, sweatpants, tank tops, clothing with offensive graphics or language, exposed undergarments or revealing clothing, cut-off shorts, flip flops, and torn jeans.'
McClanahan claimed she had been in the restaurant two weeks prior in the same outfit with no problems, but the owner didn't let it go.
She did, however, offer McClanahan a table if she had something to 'cover yourself.'
The Baton Rouge branch of the NAACP released a statement on the alteration, saying they had a 'deep disappointment and concern' regarding the treatment of their vice president.

'This incident has caused significant distress within our organization and among our members who frequently patronize your restaurant,' a statement said. 'The treatment of Ms. McClanahan has left us questioning the consistency and fairness of your policies.'
The branch requested a meeting with the Jefferson Highway Stab's location to 'restore trust and respect' and to 'discuss this matter in detail' with the management team.
The letter was signed by Branch President Tia Mills and LA NAACP State Conference President, Michael W. McClanahan. It is unclear if McClanahan is related to Michael.
