A castle-themed mansion that once belonged to one of the world's greatest magicians has hit the market for just under $10 million - and it comes complete with its very own performing center.

Budding stars may want to pull a few tricks out of their sleeves to swipe this Nevada-based mansion off the market as the previous owner, Lance Burton, is sure to have left some of his magic behind.

The property sprawls over 14,756 square feet and boasts six bedrooms as well as its own private cave.

The celebrity castle is said to be located at the 'top of the world' because it is nestled atop a mountain - and since there are no neighbors nearby, owners will have the utmost privacy.

Built in 2006, the stunning property sits on a 10.05-acre lot and features a turret that overlooks the valley while also offering stunning views of the world-famous Las Vegas Strip.

The home was built by Lance, a renowned magician, who worked his magic on the Las Vegas skyline to add an astounding castle to the mix.

After he had closed the curtain on his long-running show and moved to his farm in Kentucky, in 2021 he sold his 10.5-acre custom estate for $3.9 million.

Now, the most recent owner has placed the quirky castle on the market again, with most of his showy embellishments intact, for just over $9.96 million.

The property itself creates an illusion of the senses - if you stare at it from one side, you will be welcomed with a mediaeval castle.

However, get a glance of it from another direction and it looks like a modern mega mansion with towering windows and asymmetrical rooflines.

The property features a stunning indoor grotto spa that comes complete with its own water, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a long day of magic.

In addition, the home also comes complete with a glorious chef's kitchen, two-story library and space with 30-foot barreled ceilings.

There is even a private theatre in the home, which boasts stellar projection and sound systems as well as a performing stage where magicians like Lance and his pals would showcase their tricks.
