Actor Alec Baldwin seems to have turned his manslaughter trial into fodder for his reality TV show, having a videographer follow him as he headed to court in New Mexico, exclusive DailyMail.com photos show.
Jenna Rosher, filming on what appeared to be an iPhone 15 ProMax, was quick to pop out of her vehicle as Baldwin and his wife Hilaria pulled up to the Santa Fe courthouse and then darted into position to film as he stepped out and walked into the courthouse with his wife Hilaria on Thursday.
Rosher, wearing a white T-shirt and jeans marked with the initials SRT, apparently had her own special access to film the Baldwins, standing apart from media and paparazzi who photographed from outside and had no access to the luxury hotel where Baldwin’s been staying with his family.
She was back again on Friday morning, this time wearing a pink T-shirt.

Rosher owns a company called Althea Films, based in Encino, California. On its website the company says she has produced, directed and filmed a wide variety of social, political and music documentaries for television and film.
One documentary she worked on, Jesus Camp, was nominated for an Oscar in 2007 but lost out to Al Gore's An Inconvenient Truth.
Last month, Alec and Hilaria announced their new reality show The Baldwins, which is set to premiere in 2025 on TLC. Two documentaries are also in the works.
When DailyMail.com asked her who she was with, Rosher, 51, would not comment.
Friday's appearance with the celebrity couple came before an ill-tempered and chaotic scene inside the court room where Baldwin's lawyers demanded that his involuntary manslaughter case be dismissed after accusing the prosecution of ‘concealing’ evidence from them.
They claimed that police and prosecutors failed to hand over some bullets for inspection on March 6 this year in a breach of legal rules.

Judge Mary Marlowe Sommer, presiding over the case which stems from the 2021 shooting death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the set of the movie Rust, said the claim was an ‘issue’ and that it would have to be addressed in the absence of the jury, which she sent home early for the day.
Sommer asked for the bullets to be brought into court where she put on gloves and inspected them herself.
The judge did not immediately rule on dismissing the case but asked for more witnesses to be heard.
Baldwin is accused of involuntary manslaughter for accidentally firing a live round into Hutchins.
Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, 26, the armorer on the set of Rust, was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter earlier this year.
She was later jailed for 18 months, a sentence Baldwin faces if found guilty.
Baldwin’s lawyer Luke Nikas told the court that the bullets were brought into police in Santa Fe by former police officer Troy Teske in March. Teske claimed they were the same kind that were used to shoot Hutchins.
Nikas claimed that prosecutors ‘buried’ this evidence by giving it a different case number to the main Rust investigation.
As a result, when Baldwin’s lawyers went to the police to view all the Rust ammunition in April, they were not shown it, a breach of evidentiary rules.
Prosecutor Kari Morrissey said that they had interviewed Teske last year and were skeptical of him because he is close friends with Thell Reed, the father of Gutierrez-Reed.

The Baldwin docuseries is being billed as a peek into their home life alongside their seven children: Carmen, 10, Rafael, eight, Leonardo, seven, Romeo, six, Eduardo, three, Maria, three, and Iliaria, 20 months.
But footage suggests they may be filming right through the trial, granting behind-the-scenes access to collect exclusive content for the Baldwins.
The couple, meanwhile, has been sure to give plenty of access to media as they’ve stepped outside. Rather than hiding out in the presidential suite of their hotel and secretly leaving through the garage, they’ve stepped out in public each day of the trial.
On Tuesday evening, after returning to their hotel the couple walked out the front entrance with their youngest daughter.
Baldwin, still wearing his trial suit while shedding the tie, wheeled the stroller as Hilaria cradled their toddler, DailyMail.com photos show.
They walked into a popular Italian restaurant around the corner, where they sat down in a separate room for a relaxed, two-hour family dinner with their nanny.
The next evening, the baggy-eyed actor, 66, took the family for a casual stroll into bustling downtown Santa Fe, shopping while greeting locals who stopped to take pictures.
The often publicly grumpy Baldwin playfully stuck his tongue out at his daughter as they crossed the street.
He ducked into two clothing stores where he purchased several blazers, while chatting with staff. The Baldwins then rolled into a Starbucks, where he schmoozed and signed autographs.
Baldwin ignored questions from media, but he also didn’t rush or duck the cameras while slowly strolling down the sidewalk, giving the impression that this was just another day for the family man, even as he was facing charges in a manslaughter trial that could send him to prison for up to 18 months.
Baldwin was a producer and the star of Rust when he shot dead cinematographer Hutchins, 42, a mother-of-one, while filming with a prop gun that had a live round inside it. The film's director Joel Souza was also injured.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, there are currently two sets of documentarians covering parallel takes on his ill-fated Western film.
Director Richael Mason, and friend of cinematographer Hutchins, is reportedly making a film about her after she was recruited to do so by Hutchins's widower, Matthew Hutchins.

And director Rory Kennedy, 55 – the youngest of Robert F. Kennedy's 12 children – has been working on a film focusing on Baldwin with his participation, according to the outlet.
The stakes for Baldwin in court are incredibly high and were starkly illustrated in February when Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, 26, the armorer on the set, went on trial and was found guilty for the same charges in the same court.
In the court Wednesday, Baldwin sat at the defense table and appeared nervous while Hilaria and his brother Stephen Baldwin, who is also an actor, sat behind him in the public gallery.
The Emmy award winning 30 Rock actor, 66, has pleaded not guilty to two counts of involuntary manslaughter.
The case has had a long and tortured path to trial: Baldwin was originally charged in January 2023 with two counts of involuntary manslaughter.
They were dropped three months later in light of new evidence, prosecutors said, adding they needed more time to investigate.
Baldwin was sensationally charged for a second time in January this year with the same charges.
The case is expected to hear eight days of evidence and argument, followed by deliberations.
