Elon Musk posts bizarre AI video of Trump and himself dancing to Saturday Night Fever

Elon Musk shared an odd AI generated video of Trump and himself dancing in the wake of their two hour long interview on X Spaces.

The X CEO posted the strange video of the two high-profile men grooving to Saturday Night Fever on Wednesday morning.

Trump joined X's Musk for a rambling interview on Monday night where the pair discussed a variety of topics.

The clearly edited video shows Musk's character dressed in a grey suit while the former president sports a navy suit and red tie as they dance.

'Haters will say this is AI,' Musk captioned the post.

Commenters loved the hilarious videos and fans of the former president said they hope to see similar dance moves from him in the future.

'I expect to see this on Inauguration Day,' one person said. 'Whatever it is, it’s awesome,' said another.

'It's totally bad a**. I love these,' added a third person. 'I can’t wait to see the secret handshake,' said a fourth.

Others addressed the notion of 'haters' commenting on the video and embraced the duos 'dance moves.;

'And that’s why the haters should go to heck. If they don’t think you can dance like that I’d like to see them do better,' one person said.

'Nah man! We all know you two got moves,' said another.

Trump returned to the platform on Monday after he was banished from Twitter in the aftermath of the January 6, 2021 Capitol attack.

The Republican nominee posted once to X in 2023, after Musk had taken over the site, and on the heels of him getting a mugshot taken as part of the Georgia election interference case.

Shortly before noon on Monday he resumed posting to his @RealDonaldTrump account, which boasts 88.1 million followers.

Later that day, Musk and Trump had a two-hour chat that took on immigration, religion, global warming and much more.

Even before the interview kicked off, it was plagued with problems that resulted in a 43-minute delay.

But once up and running, Trump spoke about becoming more religious after the attempt on his life in Pennsylvania on July 13, a shooting that Musk said showed Trump's courage.

Musk - who was born in South Africa and immigrated to the US as an adult - urged Americans to vote for the Republican presidential nominee over Kamala Harris.

Perplexed listeners noticed that at several points during Monday night's interview, Trump appeared to have a lisp or even slurred his words at points, struggling with words containing 's' sounds.

While it was not clear if the former US president was actually lisping or whether there were simply ongoing audio issues, memes of Trump as Mike Tyson and Donald Duck immediately began trending online.
