In her latest video posted last Saturday, the TikTok star shows some clips from a trip to London with her friend as she attempts to unwind after a busy summer looking after their children.

Speaking over some footage of her posing in front of the London Eye, Ludlow says: 'It's officially the start of the new football season and I for one am so happy.

'Having kids with a footballer in pre-season is definitely an experience.'

As the pair are seen heading for brunch in the capital, the WAG adds: 'With double sessions, going away for a pre-season tour, and lots of matches, there's always an excuse and me doing a lot of solo parenting.

'Add in living hours away from your family and no child care during term time you're just losing your mind.'

With the pair taking in the sights of London's West End, Ludlow's voiceover explains why pre-season is actually trickier for her than the regular campaign.

She says: 'A footballer's off season doesn't align with the school's holiday summer season so the kids don't really get to spend that much time with their dad when it's the summer holidays and that just leaves me to be the number one caretaker and bring all the fun.

Ludlow also reveals she is aiming to relax a bit more this season and organise fun activities to help her unwind.

'As much as I love my darling children I was so excited to go down to London and visit my friend. She gave me the guided tour, we had some drinks and just... mums gone wild basically.

'The truth is his football controls so much of my life and this year I've decided to start doing more fun things for me like going to New York City with the girls which I can't wait for.

In a TikTok posted in the close season, Ludlow previously detailed her anxiety towards where the pair will end up w hen Rawson's contract expires.

She says: 'With the transfer window just around the corner I'm starting to feel a little bit nervous about where we're gonna end up going, especially because we've got two little kids.

Ludlow also discussed the sacrifices players have to make that often requires them to be away from their families.

'Sometimes if they lose, some managers will bring the players in on a Sunday, it's normally a family day and one of their days off.

'So if you have any plans, you have to cancel them super last minute. He's missed our kids' birthdays. He trains on Christmas Day and he's missed his brother's wedding.

Ludlow also revealed that her partner had been in contact with his manager just minutes after she gave birth to inform him that he would be able to train the following day.

'Footballers are entitled to paternity pay, but when you're dating a footballer, they don't want to lose their place,' she continued.

'My partner was up in training the next day. I was two hours away from home, had a new baby, was recovering from surgery and had no help.

'It's 3 a.m. In the morning, he was on the phone to the manager to tell him that he would make training the next day.'
