Shocking: Justin found himself in need of medical attention as he battled Ramsay Hunt syndrome, a condition that left one side of his face temporarily paralyzed
The daughter of Stephen Baldwin revealed in March that she'd suffered a mini stroke, telling fans: 'I was sitting at breakfast with my husband when I started having stroke-like symptoms and was taken to the hospital.
'They found I had suffered a very small blood clot to my brain, which caused a small lack of oxygen, but my body had passed it on its own and I recovered completely within a few hours.'
She added: 'Although this was definitely one of the scariest moments I've ever been through, I'm home now and doing well, and I'm so grateful and thankful to all the amazing doctors and nurses who took care of me!'
'Thank you to everyone who has reached out with well wishes and concern, and for all the support and love.'
According to sources close to her, Hailey's medical condition was affecting her movement in some way and they shared that she had undergone tests to find the origin of her illness.
Shortly after Hailey's stroke, she underwent heart surgery, having a patent foramen ovale (PFO) closure procedure to mend a hole in her heart.
Just as Hailey began to recover from her health woes, Justin then suffered from a medical emergency of his own as he contracted Ramsay Hunt syndrome - a rare neurological disorder characterized by paralysis of the facial nerve and a rash affecting the ear or mouth.
According to the Mayo Clinic, the hearing loss and facial paralysis associated with Ramsay Hunt syndrome is temporary, however, can become permanent.
Justin has since revealed he is taking time off to recover from the ailment and has cancelled several upcoming tour dates. In October, he postponed the rest of his Justice World Tour to focus on his health amid his battle with the syndrome.
