Kroy Biermann ticketed by police over 'aggressive' dog Stone 'getting loose and terrorizing a neighbor'
Kroy Biermann reportedly received a citation from the Milton Police Department last Saturday over Stone Oliver Biermann, the dog he and estranged wife Kim Zolciak-Biermann adopted in 2021 during their 12-year marriage.
The 38-year-old retired NFL linebacker's neighbor called police after spotting the grey Cane Corso off leash and acting 'aggressive' towards her - according to TMZ.
Kroy told police that one of his three sons - Kroy Jagger Jr., 13; son Kash Kade, 11; and son Kane Ren, 10 - was supposed to be watching Stone, but the canine companion fled out of the broken gate on the property.
Like a lot of dog breeds, Cane Corsos - which live up to nine years on average - are not naturally aggressive but they can be if they're not properly trained, socialized, or punished.
A neighbor previously complained about Stone 'almost attacking her kids' on the private Manor Golf & Country Club residents Facebook page back in October, but police did not to ticket Biermann for that incident.

The Superior Rigging & Erecting Co. coordinator and the 46-year-old reality star's dog drama came a month after they scored a 90-day delay on the foreclosure of their $880K five-bedroom mansion.
The battling Biermanns - who filed for divorce from each other in May 2023 - have one last chance to sell the property and pay back Truist Bank before August 26, otherwise foreclosure will be inevitable.
The debt-ridden exes - who are also parents to 10-year-old daughter Kaia Rose - also owe money to the IRS, credit cards, and banks.
Kim is also mother to 27-year-old daughter Brielle Karenna (with ex-boyfriend John MacDougald) and 22-year-old daughter Ariana Lenee (with ex-husband Daniel Toce), but Kroy officially adopted both girls back in 2013.
Zolciak has accused Biermann of emotional abuse and smoking marijuana around their children, and he has accused her of trash-talking him in front of their children and having an online gambling addiction.
The on/off divorcing couple's marital problems appeared to have stemmed after the cancellation of their Bravo reality TV spin-off, Don't Be Tardy, in 2020 following eight seasons.
Kim (born Kimberleigh) originally met Kroy in 2010 during a Dancing Stars Of Atlanta event raising money for Alzheimer's disease.
